How do I know what size of sleeping bag I need? Short, Regular, or Long?Updated 7 months ago

Width

First let’s consider the width. You want a bag that has an inside circumference of at least 10” wider than you measure at your widest point.

Length

For a comfortable length, you want a bag that is taller than you are. First, find the dimensions of the sleeping bag, located on the product page under "specifications".  Remember to give yourself a few extra inches of room that will allow you to scoot down into the bag when it’s cold outside or unzip the bag for ventilation when it’s warm.

Dimensions

Short: 75" x 30" (at the shoulders) x 20" (at the foot)
Regular: 81" x 30" (at the shoulders) x 21" (at the foot)
Long: 87" x 34" (at the shoulders) x 22" (at the foot)

Height

Short: 5'2 - 5'6

Regular: 5'5 - 5'11

Long: 5'10 - 6'0
