While the label states that the pillow is machine washable, the filling is similar to that used in our sleeping bags, and we don't recommend machine washing it to avoid damaging the materials. 

Here's how to properly clean your camp pillow: 

• Pillow Case: The pillow case can be safely machine washed. Use cold water and a gentle cycle for the best results.

• Inner Pillow: We recommend hand washing the inner pillow in cold water with a mild detergent. This helps preserve the filling and maintain its quality.

After washing, allow the pillow to air dry completely before storing or using it again.
