What internal frame backpacks can be used for airport carry-on?Updated a month ago
The Scout 45L and the Numa 45L backpack should meet size standards for airport carry-on, as long as you don't stuff it too full (make sure to check airline guidelines for the most current information). A bulging pack will exceed allowable measurements and if you somehow manage to get it on the plane, won't fit into the overhead bin.
Of course, all TETON backpacks can be checked at an airport. Be sure to fasten buckles, tighten straps, and tuck loose ends into zippered pockets whenever possible to minimize damage from baggage handling machines. Damage from misuse or by airlines is not covered under our Lifetime Warranty.
All of our daypacks (not internal frame) should fit in an overhead bin easily.
