TETON Gear® Lifetime Warranty

TETON Gear® manufactures the best possible products for our customers. This warranty is cheerfully applied to the original owner of any Teton gear product purchased new. 

This warranty covers replacement parts or whole products at the discretion of TETON. Proof of purchase from TETON or an authorized retailer is required for all potential warranties. Products purchased used or through a third-party seller are not covered under warranty. 

Registering the product is not necessary before submitting a warrantyRefunds are not provided as a part of our warranty; to be eligible for a refund, your order must meet our Return Policy

Our warranty does not cover items that have lost their water repellency. In addition, neglect, misuse, and disregard of care instructions will void this warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, machine washing a sleeping bag; extended use of canvas tents (more than 10 days at a time); mold, mildew, and/or canvas rot; sitting directly on a cot side rail; and exposure to abnormal weather conditions.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees may apply. For warranty claims outside of the continental United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and international addresses) shipping and any applicable duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.

TETON Gear® Limited Lifetime Warranty – Hydration Bladders

TETON Gear® manufactures the best possible products for our customers. Our lifetime warranty covers your backpack against defects in materials or workmanship for as long as you own it. The water reservoir, bite valve, and drink tube are covered against defects in materials or workmanship for a one-year period
