What Should I Do If My Sleeping Bags Won't Zip Together Properly?Updated 6 months ago

If your sleeping bags aren’t zipping together properly, it could be due to differences in production runs. Even small variances in zipper teeth spacing can cause misalignment when bags from different batches are paired. We recommend purchasing sleeping bags together to increase the chances they’ll be from the same production run, reducing the likelihood of zipper issues.

Keep in mind that not all sleeping bags are designed to zip together, and even when they are, the zippers may not always align perfectly. To help improve alignment, try crossing the Velcro tabs from one bag to the other—this can help keep the zippers secure and in place.
