Why is my hydration bladder leaking?Updated a month ago

There are a few common reasons why hydration bladders may leak, and they can often be resolved with some simple troubleshooting.

First, ensure that the hose is properly connected to the bladder. If you're not hearing a clicking sound when attaching the hose, it likely hasn't been seated correctly. It may take more force than expected to push the hose into place. Try giving it a firm push until you hear the click. Applying a bit of water to the connection port can also help lubricate the system, making it easier to attach.

If your bladder is still leaking, check for a missing or misplaced red o-ring, which sits at the tip of the hose. Without this O-ring, the bladder will not seal properly and will need to be replaced. If the o-ring is lost, you will need to purchase a new bladder here

If these tips don’t resolve the issue, please fill out a warranty form, and we’ll be happy to assist further. Please note that the warranty for a hydration bladder is valid for up to one year from the date of purchase.
