Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or change an order once it has been placed. However, if your order has not yet shipped, you can email our customer experience team at [email protected] to request a cancellation so that you can place a new order. If the order has already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it, but we’re happy to assist with a return if you no longer need the gear or wish to exchange it for something else.
