Can I ship my order to a P.O. Box?Updated a month ago

Unfortunately, we’re only able to ship to physical addresses at this time. If you only have a PO Box, here are a couple of options that might help: 

• Contact your local FedEx or UPS store to ask if they offer a package receiving or pickup service. Many locations allow you to ship orders there for in-person pickup.

• Consider using the address of a trusted friend or family member who lives nearby and can accept the delivery on your behalf.

If neither of these options works for you, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team at [email protected]. In some cases, we may be able to make an exception and ship to a PO Box, but please note that additional shipping charges may apply.
