No, camp cots aren't designed to hold weight on their side rails. We recommend that you only apply weight to the center of the cot. Sitting on the side of the cot may be tempting, but this can lead to bent rails which could ruin the cot. Bending the side rails from sitting on them is not covered under warranty.
