How do I report a lost or stolen package?Updated a month ago

If your tracking status shows your package as "delivered", but you have not received it, please wait 3-5 business days before reporting the issue. Sometimes, shipping carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely, and they often arrive within a few days. We also recommend checking security footage if available, as this may help determine if and when the package was delivered.


If you purchased shipping protection with your order, you can start a claim through REDO’s claims portal HERE. Claims for lost packages can be submitted after 4 business days with no updated scans or movement. If your package was marked as delivered, please wait one business day before filing a claim.

If you did not purchase shipping protection, please contact our customer service team. They will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and let you know what options are available to you.
