How to Upgrade Your TETON Cot to a Pivot Arm CotUpdated 2 days ago

To upgrade your cot to include a pivot arm, it must be a TETON cot. You'll need two specific parts for the upgrade:

• A pivot leg assembly

• A pivot end bar

How to Order Upgrade Parts

To purchase these parts, please email our Customer Experience Team at [email protected] with the following information:

• The model name of your TETON cot

• A note letting us know that you'd like to upgrade your cot to include a pivot arm and that you need the pivot leg and pivot end bar.

Upgrade Instructions 

Follow these steps to install the new pivot arm assembly on your existing TETON cot:

1. Set up your cot as usual, but do not install the final end bar yet.

2. Remove the screw bolt and nut on either side of the far end leg assembly with a wrench and screwdriver. 

3. Remove the old leg assembly and replace it with the new one. Install the new pivot arm leg assembly, making sure the holes line up properly with the cot frame.

4. Replace the screw bolt and nut on each side of the new leg assembly to secure it to the cot. 

5. Use the new end bar to finish setting up your cot easily with the new pivot arm assembly.
