We’re so sorry there was an issue with your order! Here’s how we can help:
If You Ordered Directly from TETON:
- Send Us a Picture: Please email us a photo of the item you received, including the tag that shows the size or product name.
- We’ll Fix It: Our Customer Experience team will make sure you get the correct gear and provide a prepaid return label so you can send the incorrect item back to us.
- Quick Replacement: Once we’ve confirmed everything and created an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), we’ll send out the correct item ASAP.
If You Ordered from a Different Retailer:
- Please reach out directly to the retailer where you placed your order, and they’ll assist you with the return or exchange process.
