What if I was charged twice for the same product?Updated 24 days ago

If you accidentally ordered the same product twice—either in a single order or by placing two separate orders—we’re happy to help!

If you placed two separate orders:

We may be able to cancel one of the orders, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Please email our Customer Experience team at [email protected] as soon as possible so we can check the status and assist.

If both orders have already shipped, you’ll need to return one of the products. Once we receive and process the return, we’ll issue a refund.

If you added the same product twice to one order:

Unfortunately, we’re not able to change or remove items from an order once it’s been placed. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, reach out to us right away—we may be able to cancel the full order so you can place a new one. Otherwise, you can return the duplicate item once it arrives.
