Return Qualifications

To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in resalable condition with original tags attached, repackaged in their original box, and within 30 days from the date of purchase. Camping and hiking gear, such as sleeping bags, pillows, liners, and hydration bladders, are considered personal items like clothing and bedding. Due to cleanliness and hygiene reasons, used products cannot be returned. Items with visible dirt, stains, or pet hair will not be accepted. 

Return Policy Overview
If you meet the return qualifications, you have two options within 30 days of purchase: 

  • Store Credit (Exchange or Future Use): When you return an item, store credit will be sent via email. You can use this credit immediately for an exchange or save it for a future purchase, offering flexibility for your needs.

  • Refund: You can receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the initial shipping costs and an $8.99 fee for the return shipping label.

If your order meets the above criteria, our return portal can be accessed HERE. If Free Returns + Package Protection was added to your order, return labels are free of charge. 

 
TETON can only accept returns that have been purchased through our own site. If you purchased your TETON product through another retailer (such as Amazon, Amazon Canada, Moosejaw, Sportsman’s Warehouse, or Walmart), please follow that retailer’s return procedures.
