What should I do if a discount or promotion wasn’t applied to my order?Updated 24 days ago

We’re happy to help if something didn’t go quite right with a discount or promo code!
Please feel free to email us at [email protected] with the following information so we can take a look: 

  • Your order number

  • The discount code you meant to use

  • A screenshot of the offer, if you have one.

Just a quick note: discount codes are only valid on full-priced items. If your item was already on sale, the discount may not apply.

If you notice a discount was missed, feel free to reach out within a few days of your order—we’ll gladly take a look and see if we can apply it retroactively. As long as the discount applies to the item(s) in your order, we’ll issue a refund for the difference.
