Why isn’t my barrel lock working?Updated a month ago

Sometimes, the spring in the barrel lock may get stuck when you first receive your backpack. Try giving the button on the barrel lock a firm squeeze to help it spring into action. This usually resolves the issue, and you shouldn't experience any further problems. 

If this doesn't fix it, feel free to either fill out a warranty request form or contact our customer experience team to get a warranty claim started.
